JOB: Remove carpet and restore Terrazzo flooring

  • Remove carpet and dispose

  • Grind remove glue/ stains

  • Fill cracks and voids with epoxy

  • Polish to a high shine using diamond resins

  • Apply a sealer/ Guard for protection

  • Form Concrete thresholds to level areas by main entrance doorways

  • All work performed overnight

JOB: Remove calcium from Infinity Pool, and front fountains and seal

  • Partial drain pool and fountains to bead blast calcium

  • Bead blast granite and tile to remove calcium

  • Cleanup and seal

  • Return pool, spa and fountains to natural to operation
